Our work doesn’t stop with youth—it starts there, and extends to every member of the family. From mentoring and goal setting to creative discovery and community resources, our programs are designed to support every step of the journey for young people and the families who love them.

CHASING DREAMS
Where Youth Can Dream, Create, and Grow
Chasing Dreams gives youth the space to imagine who they are and who they want to become. Youth and families can apply for micro grants to help cover the cost of activities like sports, arts, or education. These small investments remove barriers and support youth in pursuing their goals.

COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES
Empowerment Starts with Supported Families
Our Family Programs are designed to support the people who support our youth—parents, caregivers, and extended family members. We believe that strong youth thrive in strong families, and families deserve access to the tools, community, and encouragement they need to help their youth thrive.
